I’ve been busy working on some music related things lately, and spent part of my labor day laboring over this arrangement . For those who love the show and want to play this, it will be available to purchase on Sheet Music Plus in the next 24-48 hours. ( sorry, I can’t sell it legally otherwise) I will post on my business facebook page when it’s up on their site! #overthegardenwall #brassquintet #fall
State fair photo dump. The total steps were just over 15k. We witnessed a rock band successfully improvise on the spot when a string broke ( but still sounded great!) and a random performance of the S.S. Pinafore where an oblivious couple walked right through the performance and the singers glared at them. It was hilarious although I can’t help but feel that they deserved to become part of the production! I finally got my spam curds after several years of waiting ( note the matching earrings! ) and tried the hot honey sundae …yum!). Darko finally got to see his ducks and geese after several years so he was happy. We also saw a sleeping rooster dreaming and …snoring? We wrapped up the day at the Hamline church dining hall with dinner and coffee as per our own tradition. All in all it was a good day.
